Home watch for people who are away

If you are not at the house, you should still know what happened there. We visit on a schedule, meet vendors, prep for storms, and put photos in your owner portal.

Second homes, seasonal houses, and rentals in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Keys, codes, and preferences are written down. After each visit you get photos and notes in your owner portal.

NeverAbsent is operated by Prunus Partners LLC. Everyone who goes on site is vetted and insured.
