Before you arrive we set HVAC, water, and security. When you leave we close the house to your checklist.

- Thermostat, water, and security verification
- Optional welcome prep (groceries, linens) when requested
- Photo confirmation that the home is ready or secured
Pre-arrival home opening for seasonal travel
We set HVAC, run water, and check humidity. Security is disarmed or set per your instructions. Optional welcome prep—linens, groceries, pool ready—can be arranged when requested in advance.
Post-departure close-up when you leave
Post-departure visits mirror the opening in reverse: thermostats adjusted for absence, water heater settings confirmed, refrigerators handled per your checklist, doors and windows verified, and alarms set. We photograph the secured state so you know the home was left correctly. These visits sit on the same plan as regular home watch.
