When your building requires vendor escorts or advance notice for contractors, we coordinate access for approved work and supervise on site when you want eyes on the job.

Hurricane season in Miami-Dade

NeverAbsent provides hurricane and storm prep visits that follow your checklist: shutter deployment or verification, outdoor furniture and loose items secured, generators and sump pumps checked if applicable, and interior prep such as raising valuables and confirming drainage paths are clear. After a storm passes, we conduct post-storm visits to document damage, check for water intrusion, and secure it if possible. If you cannot be in Miami when a storm threatens, we run your written storm plan and send photos after.
