Tell us about your home
Share your property address, how often you are away, and what matters most—visit schedule, storm prep, mail, or vendors. We review every request soon after it comes in.

Welcome call and a plan
We walk through access, preferences, and risk areas, then propose a clear home watch plan: visit types, frequency, seasonal add-ons, and cost.

Onboarding & access
Keys, codes, alarm instructions, and vendor preferences are written down. The next visit uses that file.

Scheduled visits & photo reports
Our team visits on the schedule in your plan. After each completed visit you get photo-backed property reports in the client portal, with notes on anything that needs attention.

Ongoing visits
Storms, alarms, vendors, mail, and open/close visits can be added to the same plan.
