   We walk through access, preferences, and risk areas, then propose a clear home watch plan: visit types, frequency, seasonal add-ons, and cost—so you know exactly what oversight looks like.

   Onboarding & access

   Keys, codes, alarm instructions, and vendor preferences are documented securely. Your dedicated point of contact owns the relationship—no call-center shuffle.

   Scheduled visits & photo reports

   Our team runs inspections and other visits on cadence. After each completed visit you get photo-backed property reports in the client portal, with notes on anything that needs attention.

   Ongoing oversight

   Storms, emergencies, vendor work, mail, and arrival/departure visits layer onto your plan as needed. You stay informed; we stay accountable on site.
