What we check, and how often
Vacant houses in South Florida pick up humidity, salt air, leaks, and pests between visits. Home watch visits are designed to catch those changes on a fixed schedule. On each visit we record indoor temperature and humidity with our equipment, photograph the reading, and put it in your owner portal. Each visit follows your property checklist: interior rooms, attic or utility areas when accessible, the outside of the house, pool equipment, and common failure points like water heaters, laundry connections, and sliding doors. We photograph condition so you have a dated record.
How visits fit your home watch plan
Regular visits are the core of most plans. Mail, vendors, and storm prep layer on when you need them. Visit frequency is set during onboarding: weekly or every other week is typical, with adjustments for season, storm watches, or extended absences. When we find an issue, photos and a clear recommendation go in your owner portal. Minor items may wait for your approval; urgent conditions trigger escalation per your instructions.
