Emergency Response
If something urgent happens at a vacant home, we can go on site when we are able, secure it if possible, and put photos in your owner portal. We are not a 24/7 alarm service, but we do our best to respond within the hours and response window in your plan.

Urgent response when the home is empty
Alarm, leak, tripped breaker, or a neighbor calling about an open door needs someone local. NeverAbsent can go on site for an assessment when we are able, secure the property if possible, and put photos in your owner portal. We are not a 24/7 alarm company. Response depends on the hours and window in your plan, and we do our best to get there when you need us. You set escalation rules during onboarding: who to call first, which vendors are pre-approved, and when to involve police or restoration firms. We follow those rules even when you are in another time zone.
How emergency visits connect to home watch
Emergency response works best when we already know your property. Regular home watch visits mean faster orientation on site. We know where shutoffs are, how the alarm system behaves, and which neighbors to contact. After we stabilize what we can, we document conditions and coordinate follow-up repairs through vendor supervision if you want eyes on the work. The service is available across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach for clients on active home watch plans or as an add-on if you want a local response between regular visits.
