Vendor coordination for absentee homeowners
You approve the contractor and the scope. We handle the logistics that break down when the owner is not in town: gate codes, building vendor registration, parking passes, and HOA or condo rules that require escorts or advance notice.
Photos after the work
After a vendor visit we follow up with photos and notes—what was repaired, what still needs attention, and whether the property was left secure. That is hard to judge from a phone call alone for HVAC, plumbing, pool service, landscaping, and storm-related repairs. Routine visits catch work that needs a contractor. We then meet them on site. Across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, absentee owners use this service to keep projects moving without flying down for every service call.
